Where your file actually goes
Where you live decides which office reads your application, and occasionally which province it belongs to. Getting that wrong costs a morning.
Which office serves you
If you live in Hua Hin, your filings go to the immigration office that serves the town, and we take them there in person. We confirm the office, its address and its hours for your case, rather than copying them from another website.
Condominiums, houses and long leases
Each has its own TM30 position, and the town has all three. Tell us which one you are and we will tell you what you owe, who is supposed to file it, and by when.
If you are new to the town
The first ninety days carry more paperwork than the nine hundred after them: the address notification, the report that follows it, and the certificate of residence that almost every other errand asks for first. We do them in the order that saves the most trips.

For most filings we prepare everything and accompany you, so the visit is one signature instead of one afternoon. A few steps require you in person by law; we tell you exactly which.

An address notification for wherever you are staying. The obligation points at the owner of the property rather than at you, and in practice the chasing lands on the tenant. Tell us the arrangement and we will tell you who files it, and by when.
