You tell us the date
One date, taken from your passport. That is the whole of your involvement in the first year.
We track it
We hold the date and come to you before the window opens, rather than after it closes.
We file it
Online, by post or in person, whichever your case allows on the day.
We send the receipt
The receipt is the record. It goes to you, and we keep a copy for the next one.
An address notification, nothing more
It is not a visa, and it has nothing to do with how long your permission to stay runs.
What it is
If you stay in Thailand for more than 90 consecutive days, you tell immigration where you are living. That is all it is, and it sits separately from every other date in your year.
If you have missed one
It is a fine rather than a catastrophe, and it is dealt with at the office rather than in a panic. Bring us the passport and we will sort it.
What it costs
Our fee is quoted in writing before we start. Tracking your date costs nothing on top of the filing, because a client who files on time is cheaper for everyone.

Is this the same as my extension?
No. They are separate obligations with separate dates, and people conflate them every year. We track both so you do not have to hold either.
I left the country. Does the count restart?
Leaving and re-entering changes the picture. Tell us your travel and we will tell you where you stand, which is quicker than working it out from the stamps.
Can I do it online myself?
Often, yes, and if it works for you it costs you nothing. When it declines it declines silently, which is when people call us.
I have missed one. How bad is it?
