The standing line first, then the detail. It appears on every page of this site, and it is repeated here rather than replaced by a longer version of itself. If a page ever contradicts this one, this one is right.

Four short statements, so that nothing on this site is read as more than it is.
Hua Hin Visa Concierge is a private visa and immigration administration agency. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We prepare, check, compile, file and submit. We do not advise on the law, we do not represent you, and we hold no licence to practise it.
All applications are decided by the Thai authorities. Rules and local practice change, sometimes without notice and sometimes differently from one office to the next. What we can promise is a properly prepared file, filed on time, and a straight answer about how it looks before you spend anything.
These pages describe how things usually work. They are not advice about your case, and your case is the only one that matters to you. We do not publish offices, fees, timelines or document sets for individual cases. They change, so we confirm them for your case, with the office, rather than writing them from memory.
We are not accredited, approved or appointed by any Thai authority, and we do not describe ourselves as such. Any figure about experience or results appears only with its written basis stated beside it, or it does not appear.
None of them is an outcome, because an outcome is not ours to give.
Which route fits your circumstances, and whether anything about them changes the answer. If nothing we do will help you, that is the reply you get.
In writing, before anything is prepared, with the government fee shown separately.
If your situation needs a Thai lawyer, we say so on the first call rather than the fourth.
Court proceedings, criminal matters, property disputes, contract drafting, deportation and appeals against a refusal on its merits all sit outside what we do. Being told this early is worth more than being helped politely in the wrong direction, so we will tell you early.
The rest of the set is the terms, the privacy policy and the cookie policy.
Because a disclosure that only lives in small type at the bottom of a page is a disclosure nobody reads. It sits with the claims it qualifies, on every page, and again here in full.
Because they depend on your case and they change. A figure published here would age; one confirmed for you, in writing, does not. Ask and you will have yours within 24 hours.
That is a question for the first conversation, and the answer will be the true one rather than a heading on a page. Nothing on this site claims cover that is not held.
The operator of the site, for the claims; the reader, for their own decisions; and the Thai authorities, for every decision about an application.
