What we collect, and why
You give us an immigration record about yourself. That is sensitive by nature, so what we hold is short by design and nothing on it is optional decoration.

What you send us
This site has no forms. When you contact us on WhatsApp, LINE or by email, we receive what you choose to send: usually your name, your number or email address, your current visa or entry type, when it expires, the area you live in, and anything else you write.
We never ask for a passport number, a bank balance or an uploaded document through this site. If a document is needed, it is handled after we have spoken, not before.
What the site itself records
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads nothing from anyone else's servers: its fonts and scripts are served with its pages. The cookie policy says the same thing at more length.
Like every website, it is served by a hosting provider (Vercel), whose systems may record standard technical logs, such as your IP address and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.
Why we hold it
Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act applies, because you are in Thailand when you contact us. We use what you send only to reply to an enquiry you started and, if you ask us to, to do the work.
Where UK or EU data protection law also applies to you, it applies alongside rather than instead, and the two are kept separate rather than blended into one paragraph.
Who sees it, and for how long
The people handling your enquiry, and nobody else without your agreement.
Who sees your details
What you send reaches the people handling your enquiry and, if you go ahead, the person who prepares and files your application. It is not passed to anyone else without your agreement.
Messages reach us through WhatsApp, LINE or our email provider, which carry them under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
Long enough to reply, to do the work if you ask us to, and to keep the record an application needs afterwards. Not indefinitely, and not for marketing you did not ask for.
Keeping it safe, and telling you if we cannot
Access is limited to the people doing the work. If something goes wrong with your data we tell you, we tell you what happened, and we tell you what we are doing about it.
What we will never do with it
We do not sell your details. We do not pass them to anybody outside the people handling your enquiry. We do not use an immigration enquiry as a mailing list for anything unrelated. If any of that ever changes, it changes here first, and we ask again.
Your rights, and how to use them
One message is enough. You do not need a reason and you do not need a form.
Can I see what you hold about me?
Yes. Ask on any channel and we will send you the record we hold, in a form you can read.
Can I have it corrected?
Yes, and it is in everyone's interest that you do. A wrong expiry date in our file is a wrong date in an application.
Can I have it deleted?
Yes, subject only to anything we are required to keep in connection with a filing already made. We will tell you exactly what stays and why.
Can I ask you to stop using it?
Yes. Tell us and we stop, though it will usually mean we cannot carry on with the work.
Who do I ask, and where do I complain?
Ask us first, by email at contact@huahinvisaconcierge.com or on WhatsApp at +44 7378 838005. If you are not satisfied, the Act gives you a route to the supervisory authority, and we will not stand in the way of it.
