Five recurring obligations, on four different clocks, none of which are aligned with each other or with the calendar year. This page puts them in one view.

General information, not advice about your case. Procedures change, so where a detail matters to your application we confirm it with you rather than print a figure here that could be out of date.
The difficulty is not any single filing. It is that they run on separate clocks and none of them warns you.

Everything that comes back around, and what triggers each one.
All of it in one table, with the trigger for each date.
Where one filing depends on another, and where travel resets a clock.
Bringing the household onto a single date so it files once a year.
None of these is difficult. All of them are easy to be late for.
The 90-day report, on a rolling count. The annual extension of stay, on the date your permission ends. The address filing, on every re-entry. The driving licence, on its own renewal term. Insurance, where your route requires it.
Four different triggers, and only one of them is a date you would ever write in a diary.
Three of the five are triggered by something you did rather than by a month in the calendar. Travel moves two of them. That is the whole reason people who are organised still miss them.
What each obligation is, what starts its clock, and what moves it.
| Obligation | What starts the clock | How often | What moves it |
|---|---|---|---|
| 90-day report | Consecutive days of stay in Thailand. | On request | Leaving and re-entering the country. |
| Extension of stay | The last day of your current permission to stay. | On request | Nothing. This is the one fixed date in the set. |
| Address filing | Arrival at the address, and every re-entry after it. | On request | Any trip outside Thailand, and any change of address. |
| Driving licence | The date on the licence itself. | On request | Nothing, but the first term and the renewal term differ. |
| Insurance | The route your permission to stay is based on. | On request | Changing route, and the policy year itself. |
Intervals are confirmed on request, because they are revised. What starts each clock and what moves it are structural, and those do not change with the year.

Tell us your dates once. We track all of them and tell you before each one matters, not after.
Four people with four expiry dates is four mornings at the office.
Some filings ask to see the receipt from another. An extension will want the address filing to be current. A licence renewal will want proof of where you live. Doing them in the wrong order does not fail, it simply costs a second trip.
A trip outside Thailand restarts the address filing and changes the count on the report. A trip inside it does neither. Frequent travellers therefore owe more filings than people assume, and each one is small.
Where a household holds several permissions, we will try to bring the dates together so that the household files once a year and then forgets about it. It cannot always be done, and where it can it usually takes one cycle to arrange.
Tell us your dates once and we will track them. You will hear from us before each one matters, and we will file whichever of them you would rather not spend a morning on.
One service page, and the two guides that sit either side of it.
We track the date, file the report, and send you the receipt.
Online, by post or in person, and what to do when you have missed one.
Whose filing it is, when the window opens, and what a missing one costs you later.
