Ninety days arrives quietly. Missing it does not. This page sets out each way of filing, the way each one fails, and the order of actions if you are already late.

General information, not advice about your case. Procedures change, so where a detail matters to your application we confirm it with you rather than print a figure here that could be out of date.
It is an address notification, not a visa, and it has nothing to do with how long your permission to stay runs.

What the report says, what it does not say, and how the ninety days are counted.
Online, by post, in person, and the way each of them fails.
What leaving and re-entering the country does to the count.
A fine rather than a catastrophe, and it is fixed at the office.
Two sentences of substance, and then a lot of counting.
If you stay in Thailand for more than 90 consecutive days, you tell immigration where you are living. It is an address notification, not a visa, and it has nothing to do with how long your permission to stay runs.
The count runs on consecutive days of stay, which means it is a moving date rather than a fixed one in your calendar. It also means the date drifts every time you travel, and the drift is the reason people miss it.
It is not an extension, it does not renew anything, and doing it does not protect you from any other deadline. It sits alongside your extension rather than inside it.
We use whichever one your case allows, rather than the one that is easiest to describe.
The easiest until it will not accept you, and it declines for reasons it does not explain. When it works it takes minutes. When it refuses, it refuses silently and the deadline keeps moving.
Works if you are early. The whole method depends on posting far enough ahead that a slow week does not become a late filing, which is a judgement about the calendar rather than the paperwork.
Always works, and costs you a morning. It is the fallback when the other two have failed and the deadline is close, and it is where we go when a case has stopped being routine.

Tell us your date once and we will track it. You will hear from us before it matters, not after.
Both of these are ordinary. Neither is worth a sleepless week.
Leaving and re-entering the country changes the count, which is why a report you were sure was due next month sometimes is not, and why one you thought was months away sometimes is not either. A trip inside Thailand and a trip outside it are different things.
It is a fine, not a catastrophe, and it is fixed at the office rather than in a panic. Bring us the passport and we will sort it.
The date is the only difficult part of this filing, and it is the part a person is worst at holding. We track it, tell you before it matters, and file it if you would rather not spend the morning.
Hua Hin Visa Concierge is a private visa and immigration administration agency. We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. All applications are decided by the Thai authorities, and no outcome can be guaranteed.
One service page, and the two guides that sit either side of it.
We track the date, file the report, and send you the receipt.
Every recurring filing, when it falls, and how the dates interact.
Whose filing it is, when the window opens, and what a missing one costs you later.
