What you can expect from us, what we need from you, and the limits on both. Short, because a long one is a way of not being read. Nothing in here is a surprise if you have read the rest of the site.

These terms cover the work we do for you and the use of this site. They are not the whole agreement for a particular job; that is the written quotation you receive before anything begins.
The service is provided by Hua Hin Visa Concierge, a private visa and immigration administration agency based in Hua Hin. Our contact details are on the contact page.
We prepare documents, we check them against what the office is asking for, we compile and submit applications, we book appointments, we accompany you where that helps, and we track the dates you owe the authorities.
We are not a law firm and we do not provide legal advice. We do not represent you in any legal proceeding, we do not draft contracts, and we do not hold ourselves out as qualified to do either.
Our fee is agreed in writing before any work begins. Government fees are separate and are shown as such on the receipt. Nothing is filed and nothing is charged until you have agreed both.
Accurate information and documents in time. An application built on a date that turns out to be wrong fails at the counter, and the cost of that falls on your calendar rather than on ours.
The two things people most often assume: that the outcome is ours to give, and that whoever runs a site owns everything on it. Neither is true, and both are set out here.
All applications are decided by the Thai authorities. We can prepare a file properly, file it on time and tell you honestly what we think of your chances. We cannot promise a result, and anyone in this trade who does is telling you something they cannot know.
If an application is returned for a missing document we fix it and resubmit without charging again. If it is refused on its merits, we explain what that means and what your options are, including the ones we cannot help with.
You may cancel before filing. What has already been done is chargeable; what has not is not.
The words, the layout and the design of this site were created by the party that built it, and copyright stays with that party unless it has been assigned in writing. The operator's right to use them comes from a licence rather than from ownership.
You may read, print and quote from these pages for your own use. You may not republish them as your own.
Where this site links to another, we do not control what is on the other side of the link and we are not responsible for it.
Tell us first, by email at contact@huahinvisaconcierge.com or on WhatsApp, and tell us early. Most things that go wrong in this work are fixable while the file is still open and expensive once it is not. If we got it wrong we will say so and put it right; if we did not, we will show you what happened either way.
The full picture also lives on the disclaimer and the privacy policy pages.
No. These pages describe how things usually work, and we are not a law firm. If your situation needs a Thai lawyer we will tell you on the first call.
No. The written quotation for a particular job sits on top of these terms and wins where the two differ.
For your own reference, yes. Republishing it is a different question and the answer is no.
The privacy policy, the cookie policy and the disclaimer are the rest of the set.
